We provide a money back guarantee for all our courses, if you are unhappy with any open course we provide we will refund your money in full.

We include regular tele-conferencing support group forums, message boards and refresher course are free of charge when you book any open course with us, this will ensure you gain continued learning and support ongoing and benefit from a return on investment from any course you attend.

We offer a range of courses suitable for individuals, business owners, managers and sales executives which are available week days and weekends.

Where do you hold the courses?

All open courses are held at different locations depending on the course. The locations being Manchester Trafford Centre, Manchester Airport and Chester centres these being hotels, business offices or David Lloyd health club centres all with full conferencing facilities.

In House courses are run Nationwide at a customer’s premises or their preferred off site location.

Dress Code for courses?

Aspire & Achieve courses are casual attire
Management Courses are business attire
All other Courses are smart casual
Business Owner courses are any attire

You are free to wear what you like to a course; the above is a recommend dress code.

How do I book a course?

You can book and pay on line, by cheque or by phone.

To pay go into Courses and select the Course you want and click Book Now and you will be given all the information needed to book a course whether this be by post, phone or on line.

What does a course cost?

Course prices vary depending on the course content; please click on Courses to find details of courses and the associated pricing.

We provide discounts in some cases for bookings made in advance and often 2 or 3 day packages are discounted so it is more cost effective to buy a package than book each day individually. For further details select Offers which can be found from the home page.

What times do the courses start?

Are refreshments and meals provided?

Tea ,coffee and water are always available on arrival and during break times.
Lunch will be provided when attending a full day course.

What preparation do I need to do before attending the course?

If any preparation is required then we will confirm this in writing to you, this will always be optional and will be up to you if you want to do it in preparation for the course.

When will you confirm all final details of the course to me e.g. location and directions?

You will be sent instructions regarding your course including directions and location a few days after making your booking with us.

Do you offer discounts for multiple bookings?

Yes we provide discount for multiple bookings, our special offers are advertised on our Course Selector page and also on our Home Page under Offers

If you want to train 6 or more people for the same course then contact us about In House Solutions and Courses as this may prove more cost effective for you.

If you want to book 10 or more courses (different or the same) in one go then please contact us and we will confirm what additional discount we can provide you.
