The Government is helping support businesses with 5-249 employees by providing funding to go towards training for skills which include sales, interpersonal, leadership and management, this being specifically for business owners and senior managers. Having gained the training you could then pass on your new found knowledge to help develop your staff.
In some cases this could mean free training! At the very least some funds towards your training programmes.
