Trainers (non sales) – CIPD or ITOL qualified trainer & member with training delivery experience or 5+ years direct training experience.
Sales Trainers – minimum of 10 years high performance selling for a blue chip client in SME and Corporate or Corporate and Public Sector and training delivery experience or a minimum of 5 years direct selling for a blue chip client and 5 years sales training experience
Coaches – qualified in Personal, Corporate & Exec coaching with the National Coaching Academy.
Consultants – have provided a minimum of five years consultation to organisations or similar role within private and public sector organisations in their area of specialisation and have clearly demonstrated valued contribution in the client achieving their objectives.
Workshop guest speakers – successful professionals who are small or medium business owners, professors or an employee working for a major blue chip organisation who is a confident at speaking in front of an audience and managing a discussion and debate effectively.
We are particularly interested in trainers and coaches anywhere in the UK, guest speakers from recruitment, HR, Leadership, Talent and Change Management in the North West.
