TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING A COURSE

Payment

The course fee must be paid in full on line, by phone or post before a reservation for a course can be made for you or your organisation. Pricing is in Sterling Pounds and VAT is applicable.

Prices

The prices quoted within our brochures are correct at the date of publication (that is the earliest course date published within it).Solutions2Success reserves the right to adjust these prices at any time however will not change any pricing for any bookings already made and paid for.

If you have been given a promotional code to benefit from an offer you need to include this at the time of booking to benefit, Solutions2Success will not reimburse for any monies or gifts due to the person making the booking not including the promotional code at the time of booking. Only one discount or promotional code can be used for each booking and cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.

Transferring courses

The delegate may transfer a booking to an alternative date or course providing 14 days notice has been given. There will be no charge to do so, if the alternative course is of a lesser cost then Solutions2Success will not refund the difference in cost, if a higher priced course then the increase in the cost is to be paid in advance of attending the course.

Changing Delegates Name

There is no charge to do this, we would appreciate 7 days notice if possible to help with the pre preparation of any certificates we may provide.

Cancelling courses

All cancellations to bookings must be made 30 days prior to the start of the course. If a booking is cancelled within 1-14 days of the course date or if the delegate fails to attend the course then no refund will be provided. 14-30 days notice a 25% refund will be provided. Alternatively the delegate can transfer a booking to an alternative date or course, if the alternative course is of a lesser cost then Solutions2Success will not refund the difference in cost, if a higher priced course then the increase in cost is to be paid in advance of attending the course.

For interview courses only we allow a full refund if you cancel 7 or more days prior to the date of the course you have booked to attend (this is to allow for individuals booking a course to cancel should they have gained a position prior to attending the course).

Guarantee Refund

Should you not be happy with the course you have attended you must email us within 7 days of attending the course support@solutions2success.co.uk or send a letter by recorded delivery explaining your reason for dissatisfaction and retain a copy of the email sent for recording purposes for a refund to be provided. Where an individual or organisation requests a refund Solutions2Success Limited have the right to not accept future bookings or provide access to tele-conferencing or message board services. Any refund provided will be based on any discount rate you have benefited from and we will deduct the cost of any free gifts or other costs to us of other offers we have already provided to you.

Cancellation of courses by Solutions2Success Limited

Solutions2Success’s courses are constantly updated and improved and we reserve the right to alter any of the courses’ content without prior notice. Solutions2Success reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.

Course notes and training

The notes and training for any courses or services provided by Solutions2Success cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither Solutions2Success nor its employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for delegates’ actions, or those of other people reading the course notes or interpreting the training in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or the training notes.
All rights to Solutions2Success Limited’s course material are reserved under International copyright agreements. No part of this document can be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise without the prior written consent of Solutions2Success Limited.

Refresher Courses

Attendance on the original course is mandatory. Free refresher courses are subject to availability. Individuals are limited to one free refresher place per course per year which must be taken within 12 months of taking the original course.

Support

Solutions2Success provide tele-conference and message board services to assist with providing a support network. We can limit the number of users on a tele-conference call if this causes disruption or degrading of the service offered, can limit users to three months access after attending a course.Solutions2Success Limited have the right to cancel these services at anytime without notice.

Limited Liability & Force Majeure

Force Majeure: Solutions2Success Limited cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this may include: acts of god, government intervention, severe weather conditions.

Liability: The liability of Solutions2Success Limited to the client is restricted to £250 for any claim.
